At least some of us learned Kepler’s law in school. While we may understand that when several objects are in orbit around the same large body the objects in the smaller, closer orbits will have shorter periods, understanding and seeing are not the same thing. Fortunately, NASA’s Juno probe shot some time lapse video on approach. You can see the four Galilean moons moving around Jupiter. This microcosm will give you a sense of the motion of planets in our whole Solar System.
